The Neighborhood Nurse is a private pay, concierge level senior services program. The Neighborhood Nurse was created for clients seeking a highly trained team of professionals that take a long-term, holistic approach to care. The Neighborhood Nurse provides exceptional concierge companion and Geriatric Care Management services that enable seniors to age in the setting of their choice in comfort, style, and with full dignity.

Established in 2023, founded by Ilisa Diamond, RN, BSN with the goal to help our clients maintain their independence and support their families by reducing the stress of care giving.

 

​Ilisa has devoted her career to both assisting and advocating for older adults and their families. She created The Neighborhood Nurse to provide clients and their families guidance as they experience the aging process.  Ilisa provides respectful, individual attention and resource management to give you peace of mind.
